Jewellery Making Material Return Policy (महत्वाचे नियम):

1. Dispatch करण्यापूर्वी तुम्हाला तुमच्या order मधील material चे photo/video पाठवले जाईल, त्यामुळे कृपया सगळे items नीट check करा.
2. Photo/Video पाहून सर्व items आहेत का हे confirm करणे ग्राहकासाठी compulsory आहे.
3. फक्त product आवडला नाही या कारणासाठी return / exchange स्वीकारला जाणार नाही.
4. आम्ही complaint फक्त transport दरम्यान product damage झाला असेल किंवा order मधील item missing असेल तरच स्वीकारतो.
5. Complaint करण्यासाठी unboxing video आवश्यक आहे.
6. Unboxing video single continuous shoot मध्ये असावा आणि स्पष्ट (proper understandable) असावा.
7. cut केलेले, edit केलेले किंवा दोन वेगवेगळे videos (separate videos) स्वीकारले जाणार नाहीत.
8. Unboxing video शिवाय कोणतीही complaint valid मानली जाणार नाही.
9. काही cases मध्ये आम्ही refund देत नाही, त्याऐवजी alternative solution देतो.
10. Missing किंवा damaged item असल्यास तो next order मध्ये add करून दिला जाऊ शकतो.
11. Final decision आमच्या policy नुसार घेतला जाईल.

Jewellery Material Polish & Care Instructions (महत्वाची माहिती):

1. आमच्याकडील jewellery material हे gold plated / copper / metal based असू शकते, पण हे real gold jewellery नाही, त्यामुळे त्याची योग्य काळजी घेणे खूप आवश्यक आहे.
2. Jewellery कितीही premium quality ची असली तरी, योग्य care न घेतल्यास त्याचा polish कमी होऊ शकतो.

Jewellery ची काळजी कशी घ्यावी:

1. Jewellery पाण्यापासून दूर ठेवा (bath, handwash, rain टाळा).
2. Perfume, deodorant, lotion, chemicals यांच्याशी direct contact टाळा.
3. वापरल्यानंतर jewellery soft cloth ने हलक्या हाताने पुसून ठेवा.
4. Jewellery नेहमी air-tight box / zip pouch मध्ये store करा.
5. एकमेकांवर घास होणार नाही अशा पद्धतीने separate ठेवणे आवश्यक आहे.
6. घाम (sweat) लागल्यास polish लवकर fade होऊ शकतो, त्यामुळे वापरल्यानंतर clean करा.
7. Heavy work करताना किंवा झोपताना jewellery काढून ठेवा.
8. Rough handling केल्यास stones / polish खराब होऊ शकतो, त्यामुळे carefully वापरा.
